Undergraduate Programs

Diploma in Hotel Management (China)

This 2.5-year program fast-tracks access to entry-level employment. It balances three academic semesters with two to three professional internships. The program covers every aspect of hotel, restaurant, and rooms division management. Qualifying students may obtain the BBA by adding an additional year of studies in Switzerland or Spain.

Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Hospitality Management (Switzerland, Spain, USA)
This 3.5-year program covers hotel operations, food & beverage management, and general business administration. The curriculum includes two professional internship semesters. Students can spend a semester abroad at Les Roches campuses and affiliated schools in Marbella (Spain), Chicago (USA), Shanghai (China) and London (UK). In the last year, students may choose a specialization track.

Postgraduate Programs

Postgraduate Diploma in International Hospitality Management (Switzerland, Spain, China)

This 1-year program is designed for career changers who wish to enter the world of hospitality and progress quickly to managerial roles. Semester one focuses on business management of the industry, combining theory with practical classes. Students spend the second semester on a professional internship. Qualifying students may earn an MBA degree by taking an additional semester in Switzerland.

Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management for Luxury Tourism (Spain)

This program is designed for graduates and professionals wishing to fast-track their career in marketing management for the hospitality industry. The program aims to provide the expert knowledge and perspective required by professionals and directors in the global and dynamic environment of tourism by understanding the impact of new technologies and new trends.

Postgraduate Executive Diploma in International Hotel Management (Spain)

Lasting 1 year and 3 months, this program allows working professionals to balance their existing career with advance hospitality management studies.The program blends distance learning with 4 one-week on-campus sessions. Students master universal business skills and leave with an innovative vision of leadership, resource management and decision making.


Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Management (Switzerland)

This 1-year MBA is aimed at hospitality professionals who wish to progress to senior managerial positions. The curriculum challenges students to become reflective leaders as well as build their strategic management skills for contemporary hospitality and service organizations. Business trips to Shanghai and Chicago are included in the MBA program.

Every July, Les Roches attracts curious, talented, entrepreneurial young people from all corners of the globe who want to discover the world of hospitality.

English Language Program (China)

This program prepares students to meet the formal English language requirements for entry into the undergraduate or postgraduate hospitality programs at Les Roches. Three different course levels are available, and each course lasts nine weeks. The curriculum focuses on English learning and introducing students to aspects of hospitality and tourism. You can expect to cover fundamentals of: writing skills, use of English, English skills, tourism and culture, and listening skills.
