Undergraduate Programs

Diploma in Hotel Management (Spain, Switzerland, China)

This 2.5/3-year program fast-tracks access to entry-level employment. It balances three academic semesters with two to three professional internships. The program covers every aspect of hotel, restaurant, and rooms division management. Qualifying students may obtain the BBA by adding an additional year of studies.

Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hotel Management (Spain, Switzerland, USA)
This 3.5-year program covers hotel operations, food & beverage management, and general business administration. The curriculum includes two professional internship semesters. For one semester, students can transfer between any of the Les Roches campuses and affiliated schools in Chicago (USA), Amman (Jordan), Marbella (Spain) and Shanghai (China). In the last year, students take specific courses for their specialization track.

Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Hospitality Management (combines Switzerland, China and Spain)

During this 3.5-year program, students rotate through Les Roches campuses in China, Spain and Switzerland to gain first-hand business experience and cultural understanding of these key luxury markets in the global hospitality, tourism and service industries. The curriculum includes two professional internship semesters.

Postgraduate Programs

Postgraduate Intensive Diploma in International Hotel Management (Spain)

This 1-year program is designed for career changers who wish to enter the world of hospitality and progress quickly to managerial roles. Semester one focuses on business management of the industry, combining theory with practical classes. Students spend the second semester on a professional internship.

Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management for Luxury Tourism (Spain)

This program is designed for graduates and professionals wishing to fast-track their career in marketing management for the hospitality industry. The program aims to provide the expert knowledge and perspective required by professionals and directors in the global and dynamic environment of tourism by understanding the impact of new technologies and new trends.

Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality Management (Switzerland, China)

This 1.5-year program is designed for career changers or students who need to gain the basic administrative skills for hospitality operations and aspire to managerial roles. It comprises two academic semesters and one professional internship semester. Graduates can further their studies and develop their management competencies by applying to complete the Postgraduate Higher Diploma at Les Roches Bluche in Switzerland.

Postgraduate Higher Diploma in International Hospitality Management (Switzerland)

This 2-year program extends the Postgraduate Diploma by one semester to include strategic management courses from the MBA. Students can extend their studies by a further six months to convert to an MBA.

Postgraduate Diploma in International Hotel Management - Executive Program (Spain)

This 1.25-year program provides an opportunity for working professionals to combine their studies and existing career and deepen their understanding of hospitality management fundamentals. Students master universal business skills and leave with an innovative vision of leadership, resource management and decision making.

Master programs

Master in Hospitality Leadership

This 1-year specialist master program, developed in collaboration with industry, aims to develop the soft and strategic leadership skills in university graduates so they can lead teams and companies to achieve organizational success.

Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Management

This 1-year MBA is aimed at hospitality professionals who wish to progress to senior managerial positions. The curriculum challenges students to become reflective leaders as well as build their strategic management skills for contemporary hospitality and service organizations. A dissertation is completed in the workplace following the academic semesters. Students can choose from electives in finance and marketing.

Summer program

Intensive English Language Program

This 1-semester program prepares students to meet the formal English language requirements for entry into the undergraduate or postgraduate hospitality programs at Les Roches. The curriculum focuses on Intensive English learning in small groups and includes some aspects of hospitality and tourism. You can expect to cover fundamentals of: writing skills, use of English, English skills, tourism and culture, and listening skills.

Intensive English Language and Service Program

This 2-semester program prepares students to meet the formal English language requirements for entry into the BBA program at Les Roches. In addition to the English courses, this program focuses on hospitality operations with practical and academic classes.

English Language Program (China)

This program prepares students to meet the formal English language requirements for entry into the undergraduate or postgraduate hospitality programs at Les Roches. Three different course levels are available, and each course lasts nine weeks. The curriculum focuses on English learning and introducing students to aspects of hospitality and tourism. You can expect to cover fundamentals of: writing skills, use of English, English skills, tourism and culture, and listening skills.
